It’s lovely to see that you’ve transitioned from UX because you’re bringing a very mature understanding of the end user, which many PMs are missing. In terms of data, it greatly depends on your ways of tracking your progress, what sorts of KPIs you’ve got access to on a daily basis, or potentially could add to your list. It’s important to remember that qualitative data is also data and that it can be quantified to show a bigger problem.
