Brilliant analysis, Matej! It’s so interesting to see how many designers struggle with gaining recognition for their work and impact, and feel unsupported by their managers. Without a proper support, it’s much more difficult to improve the UX maturity in a company, and I feel that having more UX managers in the field would help a lot! 😊
